Quick Start Session

One focused session. A clear plan you can start the same week.

You’ve read the articles, tried cutting foods and still aren’t sure what your body needs right now. One focused conversation can turn that confusion into a short list of steps that fit your life.

We look at what you eat, what you’re feeling and what you’ve already tried, and you leave with three personalized action steps and a written summary, without committing to an ongoing program.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions About the Quick Start Session

Are sessions virtual?

Yes. All sessions are virtual, so you can work with me from anywhere.

What happens after my session?

You’ll receive a written summary with your three action steps. If you decide you’d like more support, you can upgrade to the 6-Week Reset or the 12-Week Signature Program within 14 days and your $197 is credited toward it.

Do I need to take the Gut Check first?

No, but it helps. If you’ve taken the free Gut Check or started the Bloat Plan, bring your results and tracker to the session.

Is this nutrition coaching or hormone coaching?

This is nutrition coaching. We focus on food, digestion, eating habits and the daily routines that support them. I don’t prescribe hormones or medication; that conversation belongs with your healthcare provider.

Is this a substitute for medical care?

No. Nutrition coaching is educational and supportive. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions or replace care from your physician or other qualified healthcare professional. Talk with your healthcare provider about medical concerns, medication changes, or new and persistent symptoms.
