FOOD-FIRST GUIDANCEPRACTICAL EVERYDAY TOOLSSUPPORT FOR LIFE AFTER 40

DOES THIS FEEL FAMILIAR?

Eating well shouldn’t feel this confusing.

You pay attention to what you eat. But lately, familiar meals leave you with questions, and every search seems to bring a different answer.

Maybe you’re starting to cut out more foods, or you’ve tried making changes but aren’t sure what’s helping. You’d like a calmer way to figure things out.

  • You feel bloated by afternoon and wonder what you missed.
  • Foods you once enjoyed don’t always feel comfortable anymore.
  • You hear “eat more fiber” but don’t know where to start.
  • You want easy meal ideas that work on busy days.
  • You wish you had somewhere to ask, “What should I try next?”

You don’t have to figure out every next step alone.

INTRODUCING THE CHANGING GUT CLUB

A place to learn.
A place to ask. A way to keep going.

The Club is being designed to bring practical nutrition education, useful tools, and ongoing support into one welcoming space for women navigating digestion and eating after 40.

Built around The Changing Gut Method™, the approach starts with your patterns and helps you build from there.

Understand

Learn to notice patterns in meals, digestion, and daily habits.

Nourish

Make room for satisfying meals and steady nutrition habits.

Personalize

Use what you learn to make food choices that fit your body and life.

WHAT’S PLANNED FOR MEMBERS

Useful support.
Something you can actually use.

Here’s what I’m planning for the Club. Waitlist feedback will help shape the final mix of features, format, and schedule before enrollment opens.

01 / ACCESS & ANSWERS

Monthly live “Ask Edit” sessions

Bring your everyday nutrition questions, from fiber and protein to meal timing, food tolerance, and eating out. Learn through general guidance and questions other members ask, with recordings planned for busy schedules.

02 / ONE CLEAR FOCUS

A monthly nutrition topic

Explore one useful subject at a time, such as finding your fiber sweet spot, building a satisfying breakfast, or keeping meals simple when life gets busy. Leave with a practical step to try.

03 / LESS MEAL GUESSWORK

Fresh recipes & meal inspiration

A small monthly collection of simple recipes and flexible meal ideas with familiar ingredients. Think options you can adapt to your preferences and tolerance, with guidance on easy swaps.

04 / SMALL, STEADY STEPS

A doable monthly challenge

Choose a manageable habit to practice, such as planning breakfast, staying hydrated, or taking a short walk after a meal. A little structure can help turn good intentions into a routine.

05 / A SHARED SPACE

Member community & Q&A

A private space to share experiences, celebrate progress, and ask general nutrition questions. Clear guidance and response times will be shared before enrollment so you know what support to expect.

06 / TOOLS WITH A PURPOSE

A growing resource library

Find trackers, meal builders, grocery guides, and other practical resources when you need them. The aim is a useful collection you can return to as your questions change.

07 / REAL-LIFE THINKING

“What Would Edit Do?”

Once a month, walk through a common food or digestion question with me. See which patterns I would look at first and how I would think through a practical next step.

08 / ROOM TO GROW

Member-only benefits

Planned savings on selected future programs or private nutrition support for members who want to explore more help. Eligible offers and discount details will be confirmed before launch.

A LOOK INSIDE THE IDEA

“I’m bloated every afternoon. What should I look at first?”

A “What Would Edit Do?” session could explore meal patterns, bowel habits, how quickly fiber increased, and other everyday clues. The goal is to help you ask useful questions and know when medical advice is the next step.

IMAGINE HAVING SOMEWHERE TO TURN

More confidence around food.
More support along the way.

When a meal leaves you uncomfortable or your routine falls apart, having a place to ask questions can make the next step feel easier.

  • Understand useful patterns before changing everything.
  • Build meals with more confidence and flexibility.
  • Practice habits at a pace you can manage.
  • Feel connected to women asking similar questions.

This is the experience I want to create: a calm, practical place to keep learning as your needs change.

IS THE CLUB FOR YOU?

For the woman thinking,
“My body has changed. How do I eat now?”

The Club is being created for women 40+ navigating perimenopause, menopause, or midlife changes who want ongoing food-first education and support.

You want a clearer next step.

You’d like help making sense of food advice and turning nutrition basics into everyday choices.

You want to keep going.

You’ve started making changes, perhaps with the Bloat Plan, and would value structure as you build your routine.

You want shared support.

You like the idea of learning with others and asking general questions without committing to private coaching.

The Club will provide nutrition education, not medical care or individualized treatment. New, persistent, severe, or concerning digestive symptoms should be discussed with your healthcare provider. Private nutrition support is a separate service.

YOUR GUIDE

Hi, I’m Edit.

Edit Lepine · AFPA Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner
Founder of Far Beyond Nutrition

My approach to nutrition starts with real life: the meals you enjoy, the patterns you notice, and the habits you can keep. I help women 40+ make food feel simpler as their needs change.

I’m creating the Changing Gut Club because learning what works for you takes time, and questions don’t stop after you finish a guide. I want you to have a welcoming place to keep learning, ask questions, and build confidence.

You’ll help shape that space from the beginning.

A FEW QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE

Before you join the waitlist.

Is this medical care or private nutrition coaching?

No. The Club is planned as group nutrition education, practical resources, and community support. It will not diagnose conditions, provide medical treatment, or replace care from your healthcare provider. Individual nutrition support will remain a separate service.

Do I need to be in perimenopause?

No formal diagnosis is required. The Club is being designed for women 40+ who are navigating changing digestion and nutrition needs in midlife, including perimenopause and menopause.

Is this a weight-loss program?

The main focus will be digestion, nourishment, and confidence with everyday eating. Weight-related nutrition questions may be discussed, but the Club will not promise weight loss or provide a personalized weight-loss plan.

Do I need to buy the Bloat Plan first?

No. The Club could be a next step after the Bloat Plan or another way to get ongoing general support. Details about getting started will be shared before launch.

How much will membership cost?

Pricing hasn’t been set. You’ll receive the price, confirmed features, and membership terms before you decide whether to enroll. Joining the waitlist is free.

When will the Club open?

A launch date hasn’t been set yet. Interest and feedback from the waitlist will help shape the next steps, and I’ll share updates as plans are confirmed.

What if I can’t attend the live sessions?

Recordings are planned so you can catch up at a convenient time. The live schedule and access details will be confirmed before enrollment opens.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

You’ll receive Club updates and an invitation when enrollment opens, so you can review the details and decide whether membership is right for you. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Will I have to cut out lots of foods?

The approach will focus on nutrition basics, noticing patterns, and adapting meals to individual preferences and tolerance. There will be no blanket elimination diet for every member. Any medically necessary restrictions should be guided by your healthcare provider.
