Tangerine Green Smoothie

4-5 clementines, peeled

1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen

1/2 cup light coconut milk (sub with almond milk if you prefer)

1 big handful of kale or beet leaves

3-4 ice cubes

few fresh mint or cilantro leaves

Add in: 1 tbsp hemp hearts or 1 tbsp chia seeds
